Luv On The Move

LET'S GET MOVING
Counseling is a deeply personal journey, and we are excited to walk alongside you. Our approach to counseling and speaking is relatable and practical.
How Can We Support You?
As counselors, our main role is to support and advocate for our clients' mental health needs, meeting them wherever they are in life. We respect each person's unique challenges and strengths, fostering a safe space for expression. By empowering clients to articulate their needs, we guide them through personal struggles and growth, ensuring they have the tools to make choices that will lead to a meaningful life.
As speakers, we aim to give practical solutions and tips to our listeners. We hope to break the stigma and myths surrounding mental health and inspire others to lead with love.

We’ve had an amazing experience with Luv on the Move! We were really intentional about finding therapists that we could relate to and having an actual married couple so we can get real time feedback on male/female perspectives has been invaluable!! Britney and Stephen have been wonderful and we highly recommend.
Couples Counseling
The fundamental issue that most couples have is a lack of healthy communication. Some partners are simply unable to address their problems or are allowing past wounds to interfere with their current relationship. Other couples don’t understand why they seem to keep having the same argument, and their relationship feels stagnant.
As co-counselors, we work to provide balance in sessions to support each individual. We aim to create an environment where couples can tackle their issues and learn healthy strategies to grow their relationship.
We'll start with six 50-60 minute sessions, held weekly, bi-weekly or monthly and then re-evaluate from there.

Are in person sessions available?
Yep, we are accepting clients in person at our office location in Frisco. We still offer virtual sessions as well.
Do you accept insurance for couples counseling?
At the moment we are not able to accept insurance for couples co-counseling sessions.
What should I expect during the first session(s)?
The first session(s) are aimed towards understanding your background and making a plan for our work together. We will be guiding the session, asking questions and identifying how we'll reach your goals.
How long will sessions last?
Sessions are typically 50 minutes. Teen sessions are typically 40-45 minutes, depending on the individual's needs. Initially, sessions can be weekly or bi-weekly, then monthly and as needed for check-ins.
